RESOLUTION NO. 9 /0J
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE FIRMS OF KUNDE AND
ASSOCIATES - U.R.S. MADIGAN-PP.AEGAR, INC., CARR
SMITH & ASSOCIATES, INC. AND RADER & ASSOCIATES,
INC., IN THE ORDER OF PREFERENCE, AS THE THREE
(3) CONSULTANTS RECOMMENDED TO THE CITY MANAGER
FOR THE ORANGE BOWL STADIUM IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the administration has concluded consultant
selection procedures consistent with the Florida Consultants'
Competitive Negotiation Act of 1972; and
WHEREAS, nine (9) firms were invited to the July 25,
1974 Commission Meeting to review their qualifications as
engineering consultants to provide services for the Orange
Bowl Stadium Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, after presentations by the interested firms,
the City Commission selected three (3) consultants, in the
order of preference, to negotiate a contract for the Orange
Bowl Stadium Improvement Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The firms of KUNDE AND ASSOCIATES - U.R.S.
MADIGAN-PRAEGAR, INC., CARR SMITH & ASSOCIATES, INC., AND
RADER & ASSOCIATES, INC. be, and they are hereby selected,
in the order of preference, as the three (3) consultants
recommended to the City Manager for the selection of a con-
sultant for the Orange Bowl Stadium Improvement Program
PASSED AND ADOPTED this /, day of� 1974.
