A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH UNDERWOOD MARINE
CORPORATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXECUTING A
SIX MONTH LEASE OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY
LOCATED AT AND AROUND 2550 SOUTH BAYSHORE
DRIVE AND COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS DINNER KEY.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami owns property at or around
2550 South Bayshore Drive in an area commonly referred to as
Dinner Key; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to lease this property for a
six-month period beginning on
terminating on
Marine Corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into a six-month Agree-
ment with Underwood Marine Corporation for leasing the property
located at or around 2550 South Bayshore Drive.
