A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SIX=MONTH EXTENSION OF "CONDITIONAL
USE" (PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT) TO BE LOCATED ON TRACTS 1 AND
2, TENTATIVE PLAT NO. 896 "RIVER COVE" AT NORTH RIVER DRIVE
AND 17TH AVENUE, PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE
XXXI+l, ACCORDING TO PLANS ON FILE, SUBJECT TO RELOCATION OF
DRIVEWAY AND DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY ON NORTH RIVER DRIVE,
ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF TRAFFIC AND TRANS-
PORTATION RECOMMENDATION; ZONED C-4 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) AND
W-I (WATERFRONT INDUSTRIAL), PROPOSED TO BE REZONED R-4
(MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE) DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Miami City Commission by Resolution No. 74-128, granted
a petition for this Planned Area Development on February 28, 1974;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIANI, FLORIDA:
That a six-month extension of "Conditional Use" (Planned Area
Development) to be located on Tracts 1 and 2, Tentative Plat No. 896 "RIVER
COVE" at North River Drive and 17th Avenue, pursuant to Ordinance No. 6871,
Article XXXI-1, according to plans on file, subject to relocation of driveway
and dedication of right of way on North River Drive, all in accordance with
the Department of Traffic and Transportation recommendation, zoned C-4
(General Commercial) and W-I (Waterfront Industrial), proposed to be rezoned
R-4 (Medium Density Multiple) district, is hereby granted.
