RESOLUTION GRANTING A SIX-MONTH EXTENSION OF VARIANCE
FROM ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE XI, SECTIONS 2 AND
3 (1) AND (2), TO PERMIT CONVERSION OF EXISTING TWO-
STORY RESIDENCE TO OFFICES CO LOT 14, BLOCK 91S, MIAMII
HEIGHTS (5-29) AT 259 SW 13TH STREET, WITH 50' LOT
WIDTH (60' REQUIRED), WITH FRONT SETBACK OF 15'8" (20'
REQUIRED), AND WITH SIDE SETBACK OF 4'4" (9' REQUIRED);
ZONED R-C (RESIDENCE OFFICE), WHICH VARIANCE WAS GRANTED
BY ZONING BOARD RESOLUTION NO. ZB 31-74.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
That a six-month extension of variance from Ordinance No. 6871,
Article XI, Sections 2 and 3 (1) and (2), to permit conversion of existing
two-story residence to offices on Lot 14, Block 91S, MIAMI HEIGHTS (5-29)
at 259 S.W. 13th Street, with 50' lot width (60' required), with front
setback of 4'4" (9' required), zoned R-C (Residence Office), which variance
was granted by Zoning Borad Resolution No. ZB 31-74, is hereby granted.
