A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE ACTION OF THE
CITY MANAGER IN ACCEPTING THE BIDS OF HUBERT
H. HANSEN & ASSOCIATES AND LONG AMALGAMATED
INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR FURNISHING DAY CARE
PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THE DEPART,6
MENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION AT A TOTAL COST
OF $24,184.00: FUNDS FOR THIS PURCHASE TO BE
ALLOCATED FROM FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the action of the City Manager
in accepting the bids of HUBERT H. HANSEN & ASSOCIATES and
LONG AMALGAMATED INDUSTRIES, INC. and awarding contracts for
the purchase of Day'Care'Playground Equipment for use by the
Department of Parks and Recreation at a total cost of $24,184.00
as listed below be, and is hereby, ratified:
