A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT
THE PROPER OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO WAIVE
RENTAL FEE FOR USE OF THE MIAMI STADIUM BY THE BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF CiRTSTIAN HOSPITAL ON SEPTEMBER 1, 1974
FOR STAGING A BENEFIT PERFORMANCE WH ALL PROCEEDS
GOING TO THE "SAVE CHRISTIAN HOSPITAL FUND", SUBJECT
TO PAYMENT OF EVENT PERSONNEL, LIGHTS, INSURANCE AND
OTHER DIRECT COSTS BORNE BY THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to instruct the
proper officials of the City of Miami to waive rental fee for use of
the Miami Stadium by the Board of Trustees of Christian Hospital on
September 1, 1974 for staging a benefit performance with all proceeds
going to the "Save Christian Hospital Fund", subject to payment of
event personnel, lights, insurance and other direct costs borne by
the City.
