A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO DIRECT THE CITY CLERIC TO PUBLISH A NOTICE
OP PUBLIC HEARING POR OWECTIONS TO THE
ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY COMMISSION OP THE
COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION OF 3EF?ERSON HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-4350 IN JEFFERSON HIGHWAY IM-
PROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4350.
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that MARKS BROTHERS
COMPANY has completed the construction of highway improvements
designated as JEFFERSON HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4350; and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication
of a notice of public hearing for objections by persons
interested in or affected by said improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
direct the City Clerk to publish a notice in a newspaper
published in the City of Miami, Florida, stating that at a
meeting of the City Commission to be held at a certain day and
hour, to be determined by the City Clerk, the Commission will
hold a public hearing to hear any objections by persons interested
or affected by JEFFERSON HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4350.
