A RESOLUTION ACCEPTTHE COMPLETED WORK PER-
FORMED BY MARKS BROTHERS COMPANY, AT A TOTAL
COST OF $4,161.28 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE PROPER OFFICIALS TO
MAKE.A FINAL PAYMENT OP $416.13 FOR THE
ROBERTO CLEMENTE PARK - RESURFACING BASKET-
BALL COURTS - 1974 POR ALL WORK PERFORMED
AND ALL MATERIALS FURNISHED.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated July 1, 1974
between the City of Miami and Marks Brothers Company; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Marks Brothers Company has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Marks
Brothers Company for the ROBERTO CLEMENTE PARK - RESURFACING
BASKETBALL COURTS - 1974 is hereby accepted at a total cost of
$4,161.28.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized
to instruct the proper officials to make a final payment of
$416.13 for the ROBERTO CLEMENTE PARK - RESURFACING BASKETBALL
