PERFORMED BY BEN HURWITZ, INC., AT A TOTAL 't
COST OF $6,600 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL • e
PAYMENT OF $ 660 , FOR THE DOWNTOWN GOVERNMENT
CENTER BUILDINGS DEMOLITION r 1973 PHASE II.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated July 23, 1974
between the City of Miami and Ben Hurwitz, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Ben Hurwitz, Inc. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Accept the completed work performed by
Ben Hurwitz, Inc. for the DOWNTOWN GOVERNMENT CENTER - BUILDINGS
DEMOLITION - 1973 - PHASE II at a total cost of $ 6,600.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
be, and are hereby, authorized and directed to pay Ben Hurwitz,
Inc. a balance of $660 as full and final payment for all work
performed and all materials furnished in connection with same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September,1974.
