A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING $893,740 PROM THE
POLICE AND CRIME PREVENTION FACILITIES BOND
FUND, TO PROVIDE THE FUNDS NECESSARY TO
FULFILL THE INSTRUCTIONS OF RESOLUTION
NO. 74-614 FOR AWARD OF BID TO E-SYSTEMS,
INC., FOR FURNISHING A COMPUTER SYSTEM TO
BE USED BY THE MIAMI POLICE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 74-614 did not allocate the
funds from the Police and Crime Prevention Facilities Bond
Fund for award of bid to E-SYSTEMS, INC., for furnishing a
computer system to be used by the Miami Police Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Funds in the amount of $893,740 are
hereby allocated from the Police and Crime Prevention Facilities
Bond Fund to fulfill the instructions of Resolution No. 74-614
for award of bid to E-Systems, Inc., for furnishing a computer
system to be used by the Miami Police Department.
