A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE XXI It , SEC-
TION 3, TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION OF ADDI-
PION TO AND CONVERSION OF EXISTING
STRUCTURE ON LOTS 20, 21 AND 22, BLOCK
4, RAILROAD SHOPS INTER -SCHOOL TRACT
(3-192), AT Z41 N. W. 54 STREET TO
CHURCH, WAIVING PAVING REQUIREMENTS ON
PORTION OF OFF-STREET PARKING LOT, RE-
MAINDER TO BE SODDED; PROPERTY ZONED
C-5 (LIBERAL COMMERCIAL)
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of
March 18, 1974, following an advertised hearing, adopted
Resolution ZB 28-74 by a five to two vote denying variance
from Ordinance No. 6871 as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, after careful consideration of this matter
this commission finds that due to peculiar circumstances affect-
ing this parcel of land, practical. difficulties, and un-
necessary hardships would impair the owner's right to the
reasonable use of the property without the variance granted as
hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the application for variance from
Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE XXIII, Section 3, to permit construc-
tion of addition to and conversion of existing structure on
lots 20, 21 and 22, Block 4, RAILROAD SHOPS INTER -SCHOOL TRACT
(3-192), at 241 N.W. 54th Street, to Church, waiving paving
requirements on portion of off-street parking lot, remainder
to be sodded; property zoned C-5 (Liberal Commercial) be,

and the same is hereby granted.
