A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION AS LIS-
TED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE XIII,
SECTION 4, TO PERMIT INCLUSION OF "FINAN-
CIAL FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN" BANK IN
PLANNED SHOPPING CENTER, BEING TRACT "B",
AIRPARK PLAZA (92-35), LOCATED AT NORTH-
WEST CORNER OF NORTHWEST SEVENTH STREET
AND FIFTY-SEVENTH AVENUE, PREVIOUSLY
APPROVED BY RESOLUTION NO. 42302, TO
BE CONSTRUCTED AS PER PLAN ON FILE;
ZONED C-1A (PLANNED SHOPPING CENTER).

WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting
of July 15, 1974, Item #11, following an advertised hear-
ing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 123-74, by a seven to zero
vote, recommending request for permission to include the
"Financial Federal Savings and Loan" bank in Planned Shop-
ping Center, being Tract "B", Airpark Plaza (92-35), as
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds it advisable
and in the best interest of the inhabitants of the City of
Miami to grant permission for the inclusion of "Financial
Federal Savings and Loan" bank in Planned Shopping Center
as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The request for permission to include
a "Financial Federal Savings and Loan" bank in Planned
Shopping Center, being Tract "B", Airpark Plaza (92-35),
located at Northwest corner of Northwest Seventh Street
