A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEPEST SYMPATHY ANb
CONDOLENCES OF THE MAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI AS WELL AS ALL OF THE
CITIZENS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
TO THE FAMILY OF THE LATE HENRY W. KORNER WHOSE
PASSING HAS DEPRIVED THIS COMMUNITY OF A MOST
RESPECTED CITIZEN AND FORMER EMPLOYEE.
WHEREAS, HENRY W. KORNER, served as Executive Secretary
of the City of Miami's Civil Service Board from 1949 to 1965; and
WHEREAS, HENRY W. KORNER, performed in a most outstand-
ing manner for seventeen (17) years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and Commissioners of the City of
Miami, Florida, as well as all of the citizens and employees of
the City of Miami, hereby express their deepest sympathy and
condolences to the members of the family of the late HENRY W.
KORNER whose death has deprived this community of a most respected
citizen and employee.
