HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-74-0970figAtrh 9/12/74 ot RESOLUTION NO. 770 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MODIFICATION 0P CENTRAL SHOPPING PLAZA DEVELOPMENT ON TRACT "A", CENTRAL SHOPPING PLAZA (68-79), LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3875 NORTHWEST SEVENTH STREET, AS PER ORIDNANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE XIII, SEC- T/ON 4, TO INCLUDE AN EIGHT -STORY BANK AND OFFICE STRUCTURE, AS PER MODIFIED PLAN, DATED AUGUST 6, 1974; ZONED C-1A (PLANNED SHOPPING CENTER); THAT THIS APPLICATION BE GRANTED WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS: 1. THAT THE WALL WHICH EXISTS BE RAISED TO A LEVEL OF 6 FEET; 2. THAT THE LANDSCAPING BE ADEQUATE TO HIDE THE WALL FROM THE OUTSIDE VIEW; 3. THAT ANY EGRESS TO THE NORTH SHALL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO EXIST ON 37TH AVENUE; 4. THAT THERE BE COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE AS TO LIGHTING AND ADEQUATE DRAINAGE; 5. THAT ADEQUATE MAINTENANCE BE ADHERED TO BY THE OWNERS; 6. THAT ALL OF THE ABOVE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO REVIEW TWELVE (12) MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF OCCUPANCY. WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of August 9, 1974, Item #1(a), following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 129-74, by a seven to zero vote, recommending approval of a modified plan; and WHEREAS, the City Commission finds it advisable and in the best interest of the inhabitants of the City of Miami to grant the modification as hereinafter set forth: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The request for approval of the modifica- tion of Central Shopping Plaza development on Tract "A", Central Shopping Plaza (68-79), located at approximately 3875 Northwest Seventh Street, as per Ordinance No. 6871, Article XIII, Section 4, to include an eight -story bank and office structure; zoned C-1A (Planned Shopping Center), granted subject to the following stipulations; 1. That the wall which exists be raised to a level of six (6) feet; 2. That the landscaping be adequate to hide the is hereby wall from the outside view; 3.
