That the following appropriations be; and the same are hereby made for the the Governmental and other.legal maintenance and carrying on of. and proper purposes of the Department of Off -Street Parking and for the purpose of paying Debt Service requirements which includes principal: and int.eres on all bonds of the said Department for the fiscal year Department of Off -Street: Parking Revenues Expenditures General.
