with the proVisiohs Of Florida Statute
5388,d6,
Section 26 All ordinances, code Sections, or parts
thereof in conflict herewith, insofar as they are in conflict,
are hereby repealed.
Section 3. If any section, sentence, clause, phrase,
or word of this ordinance is for any reason held or declar-
ed to be unconstitutional, inoperative, or void, such ;hold-
ing or invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions
of this ordinance; and it shall be construed to have been
the intent of the Commission of the City of Miami to pass
this ordinance without such unconstitutional, invalid, or.,
inoperative part therein; and the remainder of this ordin-
ance, after exclusion of such part or parts shall be deem-
ed and held to be valid as if such parts had not been includ-
ed therein.

1974, BY ADDING A NEW SU$SECTt0N ( ) TO SEC-
TION 62-10 OF THE C:IT of MIAMI CODE, PROVID-
INC THAT Tim PLANNING ADVISORY BOARD SHALL
HOLD HEARINGS ON DEVELOPMENTS Or REGIONAL
IMPACT AND MAt<E RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE
CITY COMMISSION; REPEALING ALLORDINANCES,.
CODE SECTIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT,
INSOFAR AS.Ti1Ey ARE IN CONFLICT; CONTAINING
A SEVERABILITY PROVISION.
WHEREAS, Florida Statute §380.06 requires the
appropriate local government to give notice and hold hearings
on developinents of regional impact in accordance with local
law; and
WHEREAS, no procedure has:been established.. for
hearings on developments of regional impact; and
WHEREAS,, developments of regional impact are neces
sarily large-scale developments,; and
WHEREAS, the existing ordinances indicate that changes
of large scale are to be heard by the Planning Advisory Board;
and
WHEREAS, the Director of the Department for, Ad-
ministration -Planning and Zoning Boards, and the Director,
of the Planning Department have recommended that following
public hearings, the Planning Advisory Board make approp-
riate recommendations on all developments of regional im-
pact to the City Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF.MIAMI, FLORIDA:
