A RESOLUTION TO EMPLOY DR. ERNEST BARTLEY TO
PREPARE PROPOSED CHANGES OF THE COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE AFFECTING THE CITY OF MIAMI'S
PLANNING AND ZONING PROCEDURES; SAID EMPLOY-
MENT NOT TO EXCEED TEN (10) WORKING DAYS AND
THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE PAID NOT TO EXCEED
$3,000; SAID FUNDS TO BE DISBURSED FROM FEDERAL
REVENUE SHARING FUNDS ALLOCATED FOR THE COMPRE-
HENSIVE PLAN.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami has enacted new planning
and zoning procedures; and
WHEREAS, its necessary to amend Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance in accordance with these procedures;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the proper officials of the City of
Miami be, and they are, hereby authorized and directed to
employ Dr. Ernest Bartley to prepare proposed changes of the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance affecting the City of Miami's
Planning and Zoning Procedures; said employment not to exceed
ten (10) working days.
Section 2. The amount of money to be paid Dr. Bartley
is not to exceed $3,000; said funds to be disbursed from
Federal Revenue Sharing Funds allocated for the Comprehensive
Plan.
