A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
PROPER OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO
ALLOCATE THE SUM OF $18,500 FROM THE 1972
PARK AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES BOND FUNDS
FOR COSTS AS ORDERED BY THE COURT IN THE
CITY OF MIAMI VS. COCONUT GROVE MARINE PRO-
PERTIES, INC., CIVIL ACTION NO. 73-15433
AND TO PAY SAID SUMS TO JOHN WATSON III,
ESQUIRE, ATTORNEY FOR COCONUT GROVE MARINE
PROPERTIES, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami has condemned certain
properties owned by Coconut Grove Marine Properties, Inc;
and
WHEREAS, the condemnor is required to pay all costs
of the action; and
WHEREAS, the court has awarded the Defendant-Con-
demnee, Coconut Grove Marine Properties, Inc., costs in the amout
of $18,500;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The proper officials of the City of Miami,
be and the same are hereby authorized and directed to allocate
the sum of $18,500 from the 1972 Parks and Recreational Facil-
ities Bond funds for costs as ordered by the court in City of
Miami vs. Coconut Grove Marine Properties, Inc., in Civil
Action #73-15433 and to pay said sums to John Watson III, Esquire,
attorney for Coconut Grove Marine Properties, Inc.
