A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING 4 y4
THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH ANDY ?RAIN SERVICE FOR
THE FURNISHING OF CROWD CONTROL SERVICE
AT THE ORANGE BOWL STADIUM.
RESOLUTION NO 9
WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Notice, sealed bids were
received by the City Manager on May 28, 1974 for the purpose
of furnishing crowd control service, e.g., ushers, ticket sellers,
ticket takers and supervisors, at the Orange Bowl Stadium; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that the bid of
Andy Frain Service which was the lowest and best bid be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into an agreement with Andy Frain Service for
the furnishing of crowd control service at the Orange Bowl Stadium.
