FOR ORANGE BOWL STADIUM PURCHASES OF PLUMBING FIXTURES FOR RESTROOM REMODELING AND ADDI- TIONS AT AN ESTIMATED COST OF $11,875.87; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE PURCHASING DEPARTMENT TO ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER FOR SAME, FUNDS HAVING BEEN APPROPRIATED FOR THIS PURPOSE BY ORDINANCE NO. : ..,2 9‘ ADOPTED JULY 25, 1974. WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Notice, sealed bids were received July 8, 1974 for Orange Bowi Stadium purchases of plumbing fixtures for restroom remodeling and additions; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that the bid of Bond Plumbing Co. be accepted at an estimated cost of $11,875.87 since it is the most advantageous. =tb._the city; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Suction 1. The bid received July 8, 1974 of Bond Plumbing Co. for Orange Bowi Stadium purchases of plumbing fixtures for restroom remodeling and additions is hereby accepted at an estimated cost of $11,875.87. Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to instruct the Purchasing Division to issue a purchase order for same, fundshaving been appropriated for this purpose by © Ordinance No. d 2 9 4 adopted July 25, 1974.
