A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BIB') OF
BISCAYNE CONSTRUCTION, INC.
IN THE TOTAL- ; AMOUNT OF $ 19, 222.00
FOR THE LEGION PARK - COMMUNITY BUILDING
ALTERATIONS - 1974; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH SAID FIRM
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received July 23, 1974 for
the LEGION PARK - COMMUNITY BUILDING ALTERATIONS - 1974;
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the $ 19, 222.00
bid of
BISCAYNE CONSTRUCTION, INC. is the
lowest responsive bid and recommends that a Contract be
awarded to said firm; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for allocation from the
account entitled "Federal Revenue Sharing Funds";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the July 23, 1974 bid of
BISCAYNE CONSTRUCTION, INC. in the f total cc amount of
$ 19,222.00
for the project entitled LEGION PARK -
COMMUNITY BUILDING ALTERATIONS - 1974, namely
of Proposal, based on lump sum bid be, and the same is, here-
by accepted at the price stated therein.
Section 2. That the City Manager be, and he is, hereby
authorized to enter into a Contract on behalf of The City of
Miami with BISCAYNE CONSTRUCTION, ma.
