RESOLUTION NO. y-4'0-o
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK PER-
FORMED BY BISCAYNE CONSTRUCTION, INC. AT A TOTAL
COST OF $62,682.85 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT OF $6,441.09 FOR LUMMUS PARK - SHUFFLE-
BOARD COURTS AND RECREATION BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS
- 1973.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated November 5, 1973
between the City of Miami and Biscayne Construction, Inc.;
and
WHEREAS,the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Biscayne Construction, Inc. has furnished the required docu-
ments certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc.,
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid
contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made
to the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Biscayne
Construction, Inc. for LUMMUS PARK - SHUFFLEBOARD COURTS
AND RECREATION BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS - 1973 at a total cost
of tt::P.682.85 be, and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of The City of Miami
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to pay
Biscayne Construction, Inc. a balance of $6,441.09 as full
and final payment for all work performed and all materials
