RESOLUTION NO. 9 ("J
A RESOLUTION ORDERING GARDEN SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5385-S (SIDE LINE SEWER)
AND DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR A
PORTION OF THE COST THEREOF AS GARDEN SAN-
ITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5385-S
(SIDE, LINE SEWER).
WHEREAS, a sanitary sewer improvement identified as
GARDEN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5385-S (aide, line sewer)
shall bentade under the provisions of Section 56 of the Charter
of the City of Miami, as amended, said improvement to consist
of:
Laying an eight inch or larger sanitary sewer pipe at or near
the side line of:
N.W. 36 Street between N.W. 19 Avenue and N.W. 27 Avenue
N.W. 28 Street between N.W. 18 Court and N.W. 22 Avenue
between N.W. 23 Avenue and N.W. 27 Avenue
N.W. 22 Avenue between N.W. 20 Street and N.W. 21 Street
N.W. 25 Avenue between N.W. 28 Street and 150' N/o N.W. 28
Street
N.W. 17 Avenue between N.W. 32 Street (west) and Alley S/o
N.W. 39 Street (east)
N.W. 28 Street between Alley E/o N.W. 22 Court and N.W. 22
Court
Laying six inch or larger pipe laterals, as required to the lots
and parcels of land which abut upon the above -mentioned streets,
including the lots and parcels of land described in Section 2
hereof; together with necessary manholes, other appurtenances,
pump stations, outfall, connections to existing sewers, relay-
ing street pavement, sidewalks, and curb and gutters where such
relaying is made necessary by this improvement; and
WHEREAS, special assessments for a par tion of the
cost of said GARDEN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5385-S (side,
line sewer) shall be levied upon all the lots and par

To each of the lots and parcels of land which abut
upon the above -mentioned streets, including the following des-
cribed lots and parcels of land to the property line of which
a sewer lateral or laterals is laid, will be assessed the cost
of that lateral or laterals, under the provisions of Section 56
of the Charter of the City of Miami, as amended;

WHEREAS, this improvement shall be designated in all
proceedings and assessments as GARDEN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5385-S (side line sewer), and the above -described proper-
ties, including all thelots and parcels of land abutting the
streets described in Section 1 hereof against which assessments
shall be made for a portion of the cost thereof, hereunder,
shall be designated as GARDEN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-5385-S (side line sewer);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to order GARDEN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5385-S
(side line sewer) and designating the property against which
special assessments shall be made for a portion of the cost
thereof as GARDEN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5385-S
(sided line sewer).
