R/W; and WHEREAS, this IMPROVEMENT shall be designated in all proceedings and assessments as GARDEN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5385-C (center line sewer) and the above -described properties, including all the lots and parcels of land abutting the streets described in Section 1 hereof against which assessments shall be made for a portion of the cost thereof, hereunder, shall be designated as GARDEN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5385-C (center line sewer); and s WEdJZAS , the amount of $ 50 , 000 be, and it is hereby, allocated from the sanitary Sewer Bond Fund to cover the cost of preliminary expenses for said Improvement; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY T}IE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to order GARDEN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5385-C (center line sewer), designating the property against which special assessments shall be made for a portion of the cost thereof as GARDEN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5385-C (center line sewer). Section 2. The sume of $50,000 is hereby allocated to cover the cost of preliminary expenses from the Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund. PASSED AND ADOPTED thi JV day of 044 1974.
