RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI DIRECTING THE DIRECTOR OF
THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION -PLANNING
AND ZONING BOARDS TO PROCESS THE APPEAL OF
KINGDOM HALL, LOCATED AT 241 N. W. 54 STREET,
LOTS 20, 21 and 22, BLOCK 4, RAILROAD SHOPS
INTERSCHOOL TRACT, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM THE
DENIAL OF A VARIANCE TO WAIVE THE REQUIRED
PAVING OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE PARKING
AREA, ALLOWING SAID AREAS TO REMAIN AS
GRASSED AREAS.
WHEREAS, the time period for processing the appeal
as described herein has expired; and
WHEREAS, the Commission believes it in the best
interests of the City to review the decision of the Zoning
Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Director of the Department of
Administration -Planning and Zoning Board is hereby directed
to process the appeal of Kingdom Hall, located at 241 N. W.
54th Street, Lots 20, 21 and 22, Block 4, Railroad Shops
Interschool Tract, Miami, Florida, from the denial of a
variance to waive the required paving of certain portions
of the parking area, allowing said areas to remain as grassed
areas.
