A RESOLUTION EXTENDING FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR
THE CONDITIONAL USE GRANTED THROUGH RESOLUTION
NO. 43228 AND EXTENDED FOR A ONE-YEAR PERIOD
BY RESOLUTION NO. 73-109 AS PROVIDED IN ORDINANCE
NO. 6871, ARTICLE XV, SECTION NO. 2(8)(a), TO
PERMIT INTERIM PARKING ON LOTS 38 AND 39 AND
PORTION OF BLOCK B, FORT DALLAS PARK (4-85)
TO BE PAVED WITH OIL AND SAND, WAIVING INTERIOR
AND CERTAIN EXTERIOR LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS FOR
A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR, LOCATED SOUTHWEST CORNER,
SOUTH-EAST FOURTH STREET, AND SOUTHEAST SECOND
AVENUE IN A C-3 (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT)
SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY THE OFF-STREET PARKING LOT
LIGHTING BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the conditional use granted by Resolution
No. 43228 and extended for a period of one year by Resolution
No. 73-109 as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Argicle XV,
Section 2 (8)(a) to permit interim parking on Lots 38 and 39
and portion of Block B, Fort Dallas Park (4-85) to be paved
with oil and sand, waiving interior and certain exterior land-
scaping requirements for a period of one year, located at
southwest corner, S.E. 4th Street, and S.E. 2nd Avenue, in
a C-3 (Central Commercial) District be and the same is hereby
extended for an additional year from the date of the last ex-
tension, subject to review by the Off-street Parking Lot Lighting
Board.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 1974.
