WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 73-829 the City Commission.
ha: authorized the City Manager to enter into any and , all contracts
rei .-ng to the Threshold Program for Public Service Aides; and
WHEREAS, the City of Miami has been awarded through the
Law Enforcement Assistance Administration $37.4,472 with an addition-
;.15, O00 to be contributed by Dade County -Model Cities; and
WHEREAS, the $15,000 Model Cities' contribution is not

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
