A RESOLtf?ION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY ATTORNEY TO PREPARE AN AMENDMENT
TO THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO BE
SUBMITTED TO THE ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI IN THE NOVEMBER 5, 1974 STATE OF
FLORIDA AND DADE COUNTY GENERAL ELECTION,
FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FOR THE
CONSOLIDATION OF ALL BONDS INTO A SINGLE
ISSUE FOR PURPOSES OF SALE Bit THE CITY;
AND PROVIDING THAT BOTH PRINCIPAL AND
INTEREST SHALL BE PAYABLE IN LEGAL TENDOR
OF THE U. S. IN LIEU OF PA MINT IN GOLD

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:

and directed to prepare an amendment to the Charter of the
City of Miami to be submitted to the electors of the City of
Miami in the November 5, 1974 State of Florida and
General Election, for the purpose of providing for
