PLANNtNC STUDY POR COCONUT GROVE UNTIL
JULY 26, 19,4.
WHEREAS, the Commission finds that the Resolution
hereinafter set forth is necessary on the grounds of urgent
public need for the preservation of peace, health, safety
and property in the City of Miami;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OP THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. No application for building permits
shall be accepted for new construction in the area covered by
the Planning Study for Coconut Grove until July 26, 1974.
