A RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING
THE ACTION TAKEN BY THE CITY MANAGER
IN AUTHORISING THE WAIVING OF THE
RENTAL FEE FOR USE OF THE MIAMI
STADIUM ON JUNE 21 AND 22, 1974, BY
THE ATHLETIC FEDERATION OF MIAMI.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the action taken by the City Man-
ager in authorizing the waiving of the rental fee for use of
the Miami Stadium on June 21 and 22, 1974, by the Athletic
Federation of Miami, be and the same is hereby ratified and
confirmed.
