RESOLUTION NO. 70.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING HIGHWAY RIGHT OF
WAY DEEDS EXECUTED BY RO'ruNtA STRUCTURES
INC. CONVEYING FOR HIGHWAY WIDENING CON-
TIGUOUS 25-FOOT WIDE STRIPS OF LAND AT THE
NORTH SIDE OF SOUTHEAST FIFTH STREET RUN-
NING WESTERLY FROM THE CORNER AT BRICKELL
AVENUE; AND DIRECTING THE PROPER OFFICIAL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO RECORD SAID DEEDS IN
THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, twenty-five foot strips of land are needed
by the City of Miami for highway widening along the north
side of Southeast Fifth Street running west from the
corner at Brickell Avenue, to bring the street to its
fully zoned width; and
WHEREAS, Routunda Structures Inc. has executed
and delivered to the City of Miami two highway right of
way deeds for the required land dedications; and
WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City Commis-
sion to accept the aforesaid right of way deeds and to
have them recorded in the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the June 6, 1974, highway right
of way deeds from Rotunda Structures Inc. for 25-foot wide
strips of land along the north side of Southeast Fifth
Street running westerly from the corner at Brickell Ave-
nue be, and the same are hereby, accepted.
Section 2. That the proper official of the

THIS INDENTURE, made this 6th day of 'June , A.D.
197 4, between ROTUNDA STRUCTURES INC., 444 Brickell Avenue , Miami,
Florida, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, having its principal place of business in the County of
Dade and State of Florida and lawfully authorized to transact busi-
ness in the State of Florida, party of the first part, and THE CITY
OF MIAMI, a Municipal Corporation, a corporation existing under the
laws of the State of Florida, having its principal place of business
in the County of Dade and State of Florida, and lawfully authorized
to transact business in the State of Florida, party of the second
part,
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good
and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second part,
its successors and assigns forever, the following described land
situate, lying and being in the County of Dade and State of Florida,
to wit:
Commence at a concrete monument at the intersection
of the easterly right of way line of Brickell Avenue
with the northerly right of way line of S.E. 5th
Street, as shown on the plat of BRICKELL POINT, as
recorded in Plat Book 8, at. Page 93, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida; thence run westward-
ly along the northerly right of way line of said S.E.
5th Street for a distance of 125.00 feet to the Point
of Beginning, said point also being a point of tan-
gency for a curve concave northwesterly having a
radius of 25.00 feet through a central angle of
900 00' 00"; thence continue westwardly along the
northerly right of way line of said S.E. 5th Street
for a distance of 187.50 feet to a point; thence de-
flecting 900 00' 30" to the right, run northwardly
for a distance of 25.00 feet to a point; thence de-
