A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
THE FIRM OF TOUCHE ROSS & CO. FOR THE EXTRRNAL
AUDIT OF THE FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS, RECORDS AND
FISCAL AFFAIRS OF TEE CITY OF MIAMI FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1974.
FLORIDA:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
Section 1. That the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a contract with the firm of
Touche Ross & Co. for the external audit of the financial accounts,
records and fiscal affairs of the City of Miami for the fiscal
year ending September 30, 1974.
