A RESOLt1T'tON AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE PROPER OFFICIALS
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO GRANT FREE USE OF
THE BAYFRONT PARK AUDITORIUM TO THE CORAL
GABLES JUNIOR WOMAN'S CLUB FOR THE PURPOSE
OF HOLDING THEIR ANNUAL BENEFIT CABARET TO
BE HELD ON FEBRUARY 28 AND MARCH 1, 1975,
WITH A DRESS REHEARSAL ON FEBRUARY 26, 1975;
SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF EVENT PERSONNEL, LIGHTS,
INSURANCE AND OTHER DIRECT COSTS BORNE BY THE
CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to instruct the proper officials of the City of
Miami to grant free use of the Bayfront Park Auditorium to
the Coral Gables Junior Woman's Club for the purpose of
holding their annual benefit Cabaret to be held on February 28
and March 1, 1975, with a dress rehearsal on February 26, 1975;
subject to payment of event personnel, lights, insurance and
other direct costs borne by the City.
