ARESOLUTION OFFICIALLY VACATING AND
CLOSING THE 173 FEET OF SOUTHWEST THIRD
STREET, WEST OF SOUTHWEST FIFTIETH AVE-
NUE IN CONJUNCTION WITH TENATIVE PLAT
NO. 901, WEST-SAN SUB.
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of
June 3, 1974, following an advertised hearing adopted
Resolution No. ZB 82-74 by a seven to zero vote recommend-
ing the official vacation and closure of Southwest
Third Street, 173 feet west of Southwest 50th Avenue, in
conjunction with tenative Plat No. 901 - West -Sans Sub?
and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable
and in the best interest of the' public that the official
vacation and closure be made as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY. THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Southwest Third Street to a distance
of 173 feet west of Southwest Fiftieth Avenue in conjun-
ction with tenative Plat No. 901 - West -Sans Sub is hereby
vacated and closed.
