MENT oP H, LESLt1 QUIGG.

WHEREAS, H. LESLIE QUIGG anticipated retirement before
this time and funds were not budgeted for his salary forthe fiscal
year 1973-1974; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission by resolutions No. 73--675
and Noy 74-182,'authorized Mr. Quigg's continued employment but
made no provision for funds to support his continued employment;
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Department advises that sufficient
funds are available in the Department of Yacht Docks Fund Balance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Appropriation Ordinance for the
1973-74 budget (Ordinance No. 8190) be amended to allocate an
additional $5,508.00 from the Yacht Docks Department Fund Balance
to the Yacht Docks Department Operating Budget for fiscal year
1973-74, for the purpose of supporting thesalary requirement for
H. LESLIE QUIGG.
