THE COMMISSION OF TIE CITY OF MIAMI FLORIDA:' Section 1. Section 27-3 of the Code of the City 14 of Miami, Florida, entitled "Same -Fees; expiration; renew- 15 a1", is hereby amended by adding a new paragraph waiving 16 said fee for governmental entities and agencies to read 17 as follows: 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 "The fee required'under'this section shall be:waived for governmental entities and agencies." Section 2. All ordinances, code sections or parts thereof in conflict herewith, insofar as they are in con- flict, are hereby repealed. Section3.
