THEY ARE IN CONFLICT; AND CONTAINING A
SEVEP.ABILITY PROVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY. THE COMMISSION OF TIE CITY OF MIAMI FLORIDA:'
Section 1.
Section 27-3 of the Code of the City
14 of Miami, Florida, entitled "Same -Fees; expiration; renew-
15 a1", is hereby amended by adding a new paragraph waiving
16 said fee for governmental entities and agencies to read
17 as follows:

"The fee required'under'this
section shall be:waived for
governmental entities and
agencies."
Section 2.
All ordinances, code sections or parts
thereof in conflict herewith, insofar as they are in con-
flict, are hereby repealed.
Section3. If any section, sentence, clause,
phrase, or word of this ordinance is for any reason held
or declared to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void,

such holding or invalidity shall not affect the remaining
27
portions of this ordinance; and it shall be construed to
28
bave been the intent of the Commission of the City of Miami
29
to pass this ordinance without such unconstitutional, in
30
valid, or inoperative part therein, and the remainder of this
