IN SAID CODE SECTION WAIV1 NG THE 11 E :
FOR GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES AND AGENCIES:
REPEALING ALL ORbINANCES, CODE SICTTONS
OR PARTS THEREOF', 114 CONFLICT, 1NSOF R
AS THEY -ARE IN CONFLICT; ANb CONT41N-
ING A SEVERAt3ILITY PROVISION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 2--87 of the Code of the
City of Miami, Florida, entitled, "Same -Permanent refen-
once munuTents not pr. oper ly placed", is horeb ' 'amended by
.adding a nw paragraph waiving the fee for. <.;evor+ement-
al entities and agencies to read as fo 1. tows : '
"The, fee r 'iquired under this
section shill .be. waived 'for
governmentil'entities and
agencies."
Section 2. All ordinances, code sections or parts
thereof i n conflict herewith, insofar as they are in con--
fiiet, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. tf any section; sentence,; clause,
phrase, or word of this ordinance is for any reason held
or declared to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void,
such holding or invalidity shall not'affect the remaining
portions of this ordinance and it shallbe construed to have
been the intent of-thc Commission of the City of Miami to
pass this ordinance without such unconstitutional., invalid,

AS THEY ARE IN CONFLICT; AND CONTAIN-
ING A SEVERAEILITY PROVISION.

BE IT.ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF.MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 2-87'of the Code of:the
City of Miami, Florida, entitled "Same -Permanent refer-
ence monuments not properly placed", is hereby amended by
adding a new paragraph waiving the fee for government-
1 entities and agencies, to read as follows:
"The fee required under this
section shall be waived for
governmental entities and
agencies."
Section 2. All ordinances, code sections or parts
thereof in conflict herewith, insofar as they are in con-
flict, are hereby repealed.
Section 3 Ifany section, sentence, clause,
phrase, or word of this 'ordinance is for 'any reason held
