THE CITt OF' MIAMI, E°LORIDA, ENTITLEb "SAME -FEES", BY ADDING A NEW PARAGRAPH tN SAID CODE SECT ION'WAtVINd. SAID FEES 'FOR CbVERNMENTAL. ENTITIES. AND • AGENCIES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES CODE. SECTIONS, OR PARTS TEEREOF IN.CONFLICT, IN- SOFAR AS THESE ARE IN CONFLICT; AND.CONTAIN= INC A SEVERABILITY PROVISION. BE IT ORDAINED By THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1, Section 27-26 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, entitled "Same -Fees", is hereby amended, by adding a new paragraph waiving said, fee for government- al entities and agencies to read as follows,: "The fee required underthis section shall be waived for governmental entities and'agen- cies." Section 2. All ordinances, code sections or parts thereof in conflict herewith, insofar as they are in.conflict,, are hereby repealed Section 3.
