read as follows:

Fees for Use or Henderson Park
and Moore Park
Ordinance No. 8245 was enacted with the
following provision:
'Any taxes applicable t.0 the above :are
not included in such charges."
The Parks Department wantsLho ordinance
enacted without this sentence. Therefore,
an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 8245,
deleting the above mentioned sentence
must be enacted; amended ordinance is
attached hereto.
