INSOFAR AS THEY ARE IN CONFLICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OP THE CITY ref'
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 39-1 (B) and (D) of CiLy Cotk
amended to read as follows:
B) Public Schools, Youth -Serving Organizations,
Protective & Government Organizations, Churches,
Civic Groups & Fraternal Organizations.
