A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE R$TOItN TO
UNALLOCATED FUNDS OF THE $25,140.96
ALLOCATION FOR MAGNOLIA PARK REMAINING
IN THE 1964 RECREATIONAL FACILITIES BOND
FUND.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 40807 authorized the
expenditure of $33,000 for walkways, irrigation, landscap-
ing and fencing at Magnolia Park; however only $7,859.04
was spent for this purpose, leaving an overage of
$25,140.96 in the fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Authorization is hereby granted for
the return to Unallocated Funds of the $25,140.96 alloca-
tion for Magnolia Park remaining in the 1964 Recreational
Facilities Bond Fund.
