A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ALLOCATION OF
$9,000.00 FOR REFINISHING 25 SHUFFLEBOARD
COURTS AND REFABRICATING A BANK COURT AT
LUMMUS PARK FROM THE 1972 PARKS FOR PEOPLE
BOND FUNDS, AND AUTHORIzING THE ADVERTISING
AND RECEIVING OF BIDS FOR SAME,
WHEREAS, LUMMUS PARK is in the process of development
and improvement, the refinishing of 25 courts and refabricating
a bank court is necessary; and
WHEREAS, $9,000.00 has been authorized from the 1972
Parks for People Bond Funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The allocation of $9,000.00 for refinish-
ing 25 shuffleboard courts and refabricating a bank court at
LUMMUS PARK from the 1972 Parks for People Bond Funds, be, and is
hereby authorized, and authority is given for the advertising
and receiving of bids for same. 73ay
