A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR
OBJECTIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION
OF REID ACRES HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4349
IN REID ACRES HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DIST-
RICT H-4349.
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that L. C. Morris,
Inc. has satisfactorily completed the construction of highway
improvements designated as REID ACRES HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4349;
and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication
of a notice of public hearing for objections by persons interes-
ted in or affected by said Improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorizedkand direct
edip publish a notice in a newspaper published in the City of
Miami, Florida, stating that at a meeting of the City Commis-
sion to be held at a certain day and hour, to be determined
by the City Clerk, the Commission will hold a public hearing
to hear any objections by persons interested or affected by
REID ACRES HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4349.
