A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING.
THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH PANCOAST ARCHI-
TECTS ET AL., AMENDING AN AGREEMENT
ENTERED INTO BY THE PARTIES ON NOVEMBER 2,
1973, PROVIDING FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF
INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES; AND SETTING
FORTH THE SCOPE OF THESE SERVICES WITH
PARTICULARITY, ACCORDING TO THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT ATTACHED HERE-
TO; AND ESTABLISHING A RATE OF COMPENSATION
OF EIGHTEEN THOUSAND ($18,000.00) DOLLARS.
WHEREAS, the Parties as hereinbefore described entered
into an Agreement on November 2, 1973 for the construction of a
police headquarters building; and
WHEREAS, the original Agreement, at Section III A 4 pro-
vides that the Principal shall provide interior design services;
and
WHEREAS, the scope of the hereinbefore mentioned interior
design services must be set forth with particularity; and
WHEREAS, the original Agreement, at Section XIII sets
forth the procedure by which that Agreement may be amended; and
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to Amend their Agreement,
dated November 2, 1973;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager and City Clerk are
hereby directed to enter into an Agreement with Pancoast Archi-
tects et al., for the performance of interior design services,
at a rate of compensation of Eighteen Thousand ($18,000.00)
Dollars.
