A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO INCLUDE IN THE BUDGET FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1974, AN
AMOUNT OF $85,000.00, SAID SUM TO BE ALLOCATED
FROM FEDERAL REVENUE SNARING FUNDS FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RELOCATION COSTS RELATING TO PARK
DEVELOPMENT IN THE CITY OF MIAMI PORTION OF
DR, MARTIN LUTHER KING BOULEVARD DEVELOPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to include in the budget for the fiscal year
beginning October 1, 1974, an amount of $85,000.00, said sum
to be allocated from Federal Revenue Sharing Funds, for the
purpose of relocation costs relating to park development in
the City of Miami portion of Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard
Development.
