with the fees for other occupations delineated in Chapter 26 of
the Code of the City of Miami; and
WHEREAS, the fee is to be more consistent witthe
cost of regulating these professions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION or
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 30-28; Licenses; Astrologists; is
hereby amended to read:
Each practicing astrologist: .... $ 424.00
Section 2. It is the intention of the City Commission
and it is her91y o gained that this section of 30-28 shall
bec� r� any' he made a part of the Code of the City of Miami.
Section 3. The provisions of this ordinance shall
become effective thirty (30) days after the date of its enactment.
PASSED on first reading by title only this 25th day
of April, 1974.

WHEREAS, the fee for Astrologist should be uniform
