A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH COZZOLI RESTAURANT CORP.,
A FLORIDA CORPORATION, FOR THE FOOD AND
BEVERAGE CONCESSION RIGHTS AND FACILITIES
AT THE CITY OF MIAMI MUNICIPAL JUSTICE
BUILDING, FOR A TERM OF THREE (3) YEARS
WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW FOR AN ADDITIONAL
TWO (2) YEARS.
WHEREAS, bids were advertised and received on April 30,
1974 for the food and beverage concession rights and facili-
ties at the City of Miami Municipal Justice Building, for a
term of three (3) years, beginning on June 1st, 1974 and ending
May 31, 1977, with the additional provision that the term of
the lease can be extended for an additional term of two (2)
years if, in the sole judgment of the City Manager, the opera-
tionsof the lessee during the initial term have been satisfactory
as regards quality, service, prices to consumers, cleanliness and
other considerations; and
WHEREAS, the bid of COZZOLI RESTAURANT CORPORATION was the
only bid submitted; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends the acceptance of the
bid submitted by COZZOLI RESTAURANT CORPORATION;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a lease agreement with COZZOLI RESTAURANT
CORPORATION for the food and beverage concession rights and
facilities at the City of Miami Municipal Justice Building for
a period of three (3) lyears, beginning on June 1st, 1974 and
ending May 31, 1977, with the

of the lease can be extended for an additional term of two
(2) years if, in the sole judgment of the City Manager, the
operations of the lessee during the initial term have been
satisfactory as regards quality, service, prices to consumers,
cleanliness and other considerations.
Section 2. The lease agreement shall be in accordance
with the terms, plans and specifications of the bid submitted
by COZZOLI RESTAURANT CORPORATION.
