RESOLUTION NO.._241-.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO
ALLOCATE $5,000 FROM THE 1972 PARK AND
RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE PRELIM-
INARY EXPENSES IN ACQUIRING THE PROPERTY
FOR THE CREATION OF AFRICAN SQUARE PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Director of Finance of the
City of Miami is hereby authorized and directed to allo-
cate $5,000 from the 1972 Park and Recreational Facilit-
ies bond funds for preliminary expenses in acquiring the
property for the creation of African Square Park.
