A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOW—
TION No. 74-229 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OP GLENROYAL SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5374 C (CENTERLINE
SEWER) IN GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IM-
PROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5374 C (CENTERLINE
SEWER).
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of March 28, 1974,
Resolution No. 74-229 was passed which ordered a sanitary sewer
improvement identified as GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5374 C (centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing was
held before the City Commission on June 13, 1974 as to any objec-
tions to the confirmation of Resolution No. 74-229, which resolu-
tion ordered GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5374 C
(centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said sewer
improvements were sustained by the Commission; and
WHEREAS, it is in order for the Commission to confirm said
ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for
sealed bids for the construction of said improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI , FLOR IDA :
Section 1. To confirm Ordering Resolution No. 74-229 dated
March 28, 1974 which ordered GLENROYAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5374 C (centerline sewer) .
