A RESOLUTION AS PER ORDINANCE 6871, ARTI-
CLE XXIII, SECTION 2(6), AUTHORIZING THE
WAIVER OF DEVELOPMENT OF 291 OF 373 REQUIR-
ED OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR A PERIOD
OF ONE YEAR AFTER ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE
OF OCCUPANCY, IN CONJUNCTION WITH MUSA
ISLE DEVELOPMENT FOR ELDERLY, SUBJECT TO
TEN (10) AND TWELVE (12) FOOT PUBLIC PED-
ESTRIAN AND CYCLING EASEMENTS TO AND ALONG
THE WATERFRONT AND PERMISSION TO INSTALL
HURRICANE TIE-UP FIXTURES ALONG THE BULK-
HEAD; BEING TRACT A, MUSA ISLE MANOR (93-23),
LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 2525 NORTHWEST 16
STREET; ZONED R-4 (MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE).
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of
May 6, 1974, Item #2, following an advertised Hearing, adopted
Resolution No. ZB 54-74 by a 7 to 0 vote recommending permis-
sion, as per Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE XXIII, Section 2 (6),
to waive the development of 291 of 373 required off-street
parking spaces for a period of one year after issuance of
Certificate of Occupancy, in conjunction with Musa Isle Dev-
elopment for the Elderly, subject to ten (10) and twelve (12)
foot public pedestrian and cycling easements to and along
the waterfront and permission to install hurricane tie-up fix-
tures along the bulkhead; being Tract "A", MUSA ISLE MANOR (93-23),
located at approximately 2525 Northwest 16th Street; zoned R-4
(Medium Density Multiple);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. As per Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE XXIII,
Section 2(6), the request to *aive development of 291 of 373
required off-street parking spaces for a period of one year
after issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, in conjunction
with Musa Isle Development for the Elderly, subject to ten (10)
and twelve (12) foot public pedestrian and cycling easements

sideration of the City Commission.
