WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of May 6, 1974, Item #2, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 54-74 by a 7 to 0 vote recommending permis- sion, as per Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE XXIII, Section 2 (6), to waive the development of 291 of 373 required off-street parking spaces for a period of one year after issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, in conjunction with Musa Isle Dev- elopment for the Elderly, subject to ten (10) and twelve (12) foot public pedestrian and cycling easements to and along the waterfront and permission to install hurricane tie-up fix- tures along the bulkhead; being Tract "A", MUSA ISLE MANOR (93-23), located at approximately 2525 Northwest 16th Street; zoned R-4 (Medium Density Multiple); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1.
